Dinosaurs Coloring Pages - Mastodon

The Mastodon resembled, but were distinct from, the woolly mammoth or the current day elephant.

Mastodons are thought to have first appeared almost four million years ago. They were native to both Eurasia and North America but the Eurasian species Mammut borsoni died out approximately three million years ago.
Mammut americanum is generally reported as having disappeared from North America about 10,000 years ago.
Kids love to color dinosaurs and imagine what they looked like millions of years ago. Dinosaur coloring pages are a great way to teach early earth history.
